What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Go into this firm with a desire to grow yourself in your skill set. This firm will help you to gain confidence as you take on different types of work.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a small practice that makes the environment a positive on and easy to make and build relationships with other associates. The office environment is encouraging and positive.
What did you not like about this institution?
Because this is a smaller firm their compensation package isn't as high as some of the larger firms so you will not be paid as much as if you were in those firms.

Consider offering bonuses to people to keep them from burning out and reward good work for those that do well.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The Work here is not like any other work that you will work on in other firms. Every day we work on groundbreaking stuff.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work here is high stress for the amount of pay that we are given. It causes lots of people to quickly burn out as well.

The technology is very modern. It feels like a family here. The environment is excellent. There is opportunity to grow and excel.
