What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Take some steps back and give us some breathing room. Schedule activities outside of work to boost morale and reward us for working hard. Provide more opportunities for training.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is comprised of a hard working staff that works longer than necessary. It's very motivating for myself to continue working hard and be competitive because of this. They have helped me become a better worker. The pay is fantastic ; they take care of me very well with bonuses based on performance and yearly raises. The place is also close to my house.
What did you not like about this institution?
You will work long hours due to the team working responsive, and have to take some work on holidays or cut vacations short due to this. There is also a lot of constant overshadowing by management.
