Attorney The candidate will gain extensive courtroom experience, including attending hearings and preparing for and attending trials, mediations and conducting depositions. Will obtain legal research and drafting experience. Must have: Member of The Florida Bar. Attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast paced work environment. Ability to meet deadlines, coupled with the desire to exceed expectations.
Senior Attorney / Associate Attorney The candidate must have 6-10 years of experience. Family Law and Trial experience is a plus. Should preferably be a compassionate, driven, self-starter capable of multi-tasking and handling a large caseload with a working knowledge of Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Bankruptcy. Member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2-4 years of experience. Family Law and Trial experience a plus. Should have a working knowledge of Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Bankruptcy. Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate should have 5+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience. Experience in both state and federal court is strongly preferred.
Lawyer The candidate will join a law firm specializing in family law.
Lateral Attorney The candidate will be dictated by the growth of a particular practice or vacancies created as associates choose to pursue other opportunities. Will interview principally with the attorneys working in the area of their substantive expertise, so that their skills and experience can be properly assessed and appreciated. This gives an opportunity to observe the caliber and depth of experience of attorneys at the Firm and the types of work available.
Attorney The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials, excellent work experience, outstanding interpersonal skills.
Litigation Attorney The candidate’s tasks includes contact with clients, attendance at hearings, taking depositions and participating in trials. Should have litigation experience.
First Party Property Trial Attorney The candidate must have some experience to support the firm.
Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate must have 5-20 years of experience handling insurance defense type matters. A willingness to explore early resolution strategies on cases and alternatives to traditional litigation is required. Must be technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems and effectively utilize available technology. Knowledge of AIM/Perfect Law a plus. Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is essential.
