Butt Thornton & Baehr PC

I have shared my experiences with them for almost 3 years now and have benefitted numerous times from the largest law firms in new mexico here in Butt Thornton & Baehr PC and https://thebennettlawgroup.com. Their thorough knowledge of the law is remarkable and what I love about them is their passion for helping others.

I really don't have a lot to say. Management needs to seriously consider increasing compensation in every form. That means higher salaries, more bonuses, and better benefits. That's the only thing holding them back.

I look forward to coming to work everyday because I like my coworkers so much. Everyone's not perfect but they are very friendly. I never feel overworked or mistreated.

I don't think the compensation is great. Salaries start on the lower end of average for the industry and position. Although there are holiday bonuses and stuff they aren't huge.
