Butt Thornton & Baehr PC Reviews

Advice to law firm management: I really don't have a lot to say. Management needs to seriously consider increasing compensation in every form. That means higher salaries, more bonuses, and better benefits. That's the only thing holding them back.

Pros: I look forward to coming to work everyday because I like my coworkers so much. Everyone's not perfect but they are very friendly. I never feel overworked or mistreated.

Cons: I don't think the compensation is great. Salaries start on the lower end of average for the industry and position. Although there are holiday bonuses and stuff they aren't huge.
