The best thing about this job is that you will always be busy. There is work coming out of the woodwork for you. You have no choice but to improve your skills.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part about this firm is that salary and benefits have been stagnant for years. Inflation seems to outpace this firm's interest in giving raises and bonuses.

This is my first job as a paralegal and everyone in my department has been so patient with me and are always so willing to answer all of my many questions. The environment here is great. Everyone cares about the well-being of each team member and it honestly feels like a family!ConsThere arent separate banks for sick and vacation time. As a working mother with small children, I feel like Ill never be able to take a real vacation with my family because the little time off I receive is always being used for sick time and/or doctors appointments.
