What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should provide an unbiased incentive structure so that those who consistently perform are rewarded for their efforts. There needs to be transparency among management regarding pay and other things.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Support staff is nice, but not very helpful. Flexible and casual work environment. My manager was flexible with work timings. They also have the latest software for the employees. My team was competitive in a healthy way and constantly supports each other.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management is poor, and morale of employees is consistently low. The pay is below market average and there is lack of transparency among management. The hours can be punishing at times and you don't get paid well for working longer than usual.
