Management should provide an unbiased incentive structure so that those who consistently perform are rewarded for their efforts. There needs to be transparency among management regarding pay and other things.
Support staff is nice, but not very helpful. Flexible and casual work environment. My manager was flexible with work timings. They also have the latest software for the employees. My team was competitive in a healthy way and constantly supports each other.

As an integral part of our recruiting process, each year we invite a number of second year law students to spend the summer working with us.
