What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like advice management that they should improve their bonus Structure. Some senior attorneys have unrealistic expectations which is impossible to fulfill, so take care of that too.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm focuses on professional development of employees as well as their welfare. Hill Ward Henderson is an employee-centric law firm. The firm provides lot of flexibility and is committed to provide good work/life balance. They also provide many employee welfare benefits including health and other things.

What did you not like about this institution?
Expectation of being available at all times by the few senior attorneys is almost unrealistic. The hours can be very long and expectations can be sky-high at times. The Bonus Structure is only competitive if you hit your billable hour requirements.
