If you're unsure about something there are plenty of us that would gladly give our opinions and assist you in any way we can. I love the benefits but overall pay is a little low maybe raise that if you can?
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A great competitive atmosphere with pleasant colleagues to work with. Solid benefits for everyone and we get an end of the year bonus to help with the holiday expenses.
What did you not like about this institution?
Base salary is a bit lower than I would like, management makes bad decisions a little too often and doesn't quite think things through enough.
