What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is a racist law firm. They have old white women that gossip amongst each other against the few minorities that work there and make living their uncomfortable. Even if you contact HR, they would just find an excuse to get you fired instead of addressing the bigotry or discrimination in that firm, particularly the Fort Lauderdale location where the main Attorney Bruno assisted his tenured employees to continue their bigotry with no resolution or repercussions for their racist ways . Darlene Houser is the ugly racist white woman that made working there unbearable. HR conspired with Darlene after I made complaints and eventually got me fired not once addressing the racist allegations. The poor front desk girl was told to change her hair style because they didn’t like her Afro. Luckily I’ve moved on but this firm is disgusting.
