5.Current Employee, more than 10 yearsGreat Place to WorkAccountant in New York, NYRecommendProsFirm does great work. People are dedicated to helping each other succeed. Management recognizes and rewards those who perform well and add value.ConsNo major downsides. Every day has its surprises.
I would of liked to see management hire more people to help those such as myself. I really felt lost a few times and could of used some consistent help throughout the day from some seasoned professionals.
Plenty of room for advancement's at this firm and management is top notch. You know where you stand among everyone else at this firm and everyone is very friendly and open.
I thought that the work was quite difficult speaking from the perspective of an intern. There were also a few days in which the office seemed practically empty and I could not get adequate help in regards to my work problems.
I'm glad that the leadership team is willing to devote resources to professional development. Keep training and developing your associates. Everyone benefits from happy and well trained employees.
I think that the leadership team here really cares about their employees. They make it easy for associates to develop themselves professionally and this results in a positive work environment.
The workload here can be a bit high, and long hours are pretty much expected. I know that this would likely be a problem at any law firm, so I don't let it affect me too much.
Thank you.
