Advice to law firm management: Be sure to do your homework on tough assignments so you can be prepared for the day.

Pros: Be sure to ask questions, because everyone will bend over backwards to help you however they are able.

Cons: The overtime hours can be exhausting, but you don't have to do them if you don't want to. Highly recommended.

Advice to law firm management: Allow more opportunities for growth. Provide better benefits. Work on improving management.

Pros: It's a good place to work, the atmosphere is relaxing and bonuses are fair. The building and cafe are nice.

Cons: There is very little room for growth. Benefit plan options could be better. Management is difficult to work with.

"Little Opportunity, Little Reason to Stay"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on June 05, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Treat your staff better, please, and give us more opportunities to grow.

Pros: Little Opportunity, Little Reason to Stay

Cons: Management is not very concerned with satisfying their staff. They cap ourpositions in order to prevent upward mobility. This leads to a high turnover rate and I honestlydon't blame them for a second. I wouldn't want stay here for a long time with the favoritism that goes around. Ireally get the impression that they do not care about our well-being.
