Be sure to do your homework on tough assignments so you can be prepared for the day.

Be sure to ask questions, because everyone will bend over backwards to help you however they are able.

The overtime hours can be exhausting, but you don't have to do them if you don't want to. Highly recommended.

Allow more opportunities for growth. Provide better benefits. Work on improving management.

It's a good place to work, the atmosphere is relaxing and bonuses are fair. The building and cafe are nice.

There is very little room for growth. Benefit plan options could be better. Management is difficult to work with.

Little Opportunity, Little Reason to Stay

Management is not very concerned with satisfying their staff. They cap ourpositions in order to prevent upward mobility. This leads to a high turnover rate and I honestlydon't blame them for a second. I wouldn't want stay here for a long time with the favoritism that goes around. Ireally get the impression that they do not care about our well-being.
