If management raised the salary and provided better benefits, such as more affordable health insurance, I would be a lot happier.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The partners and associates here are bright and dedicated, and the work environment is generally pleasant. The support staff is capable and easy to work with.

What did you not like about this institution?
I feel that the salary and benefits offered here are below what most other firms in the area are paying. The health insurance in particular is very expensive.

When things get tough, most of the team here figures out a way to come through and finish the job.

I have worked here for 10 years, and I see the slow decline in competence within the ranks. It is getting worse.
