Relax the rigid culture a bit and allow people to be themselves a bit more. It doesn't have to be a casual environment but it also doesn't have to feel so strict all the time.

A prestigious place to work for, I know I'm privileged to be here. Everyone knows what their job is and what they're supposed to do and so things run smoothly, as smoothly as they can in a law firm. Competence goes a long way to ease stress when dealing with complex cases.

Strict, rigid and not the kind of atmosphere I would like to work in and I wanted an ""easy-going"" environment. It's all work and no play, so to speak. There's an air of seriousness about the place.
