More money should be invested in the technology department. If that doesn't solve the problems, perhaps the department should be overhauled completely.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is run by true professionals. The partners truly care about delivering on their promise of excellent service with results to match. There's no doubt this is an ethical firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Despite management's best efforts, the IT department frequently failed to deliver. There were constant small, nagging problems like network connectivity and occasional crashes.
