A strong academic record, demonstrated writing and oral advocacy abilities, extracurricular civic and community involvement, work experience, motivation and initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and diverse backgrounds and interests.
The firm has not reported whether it counts pro bono hours towards the minimum billable hours requirement. Pro bono hours are counted the same as billable hours for the purposes of year-end bonuses.
