What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm needs to find a way to maintain the relaxed environment of the workplace, while also trying to make sure that professionalism is still the most important goal.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm focuses on intellectual property cases and other such fields. I love working in such a field of law. It was always an interesting work place when it came to the dynamics of our cases and how we associated with clients and fellow lawyers. The pay was great and so were the resources that were afforded to us.
What did you not like about this institution?
The issues I had with the firm was the lack of professionalism sometimes when it came to the culture of the work place. There was too much of a care free attitude sometimes when it came to how we handled some clients and cases.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Rethink your business model. No wonder you had to lay people off. Overhaul your pathetic, abusive "team leads" who make it so difficult they quit from their abuse in a matter of weeks not months.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing.
What did you not like about this institution?
I couldn't say it better than a 2017 former employee review: "chronic disorganization & overwork; abusive management practices - favoritism, laziness behind 'closed doors', scapegoating, 'voluntary' over-time with no pay, blatant unfairness, short-sighted problem-solving, no opportunity to advance.
workplace culture is anxiety-riddled legal factory with a tendency to justified paranoia, back-biting & self-aggrandizement among deified members of staff." Nothing has changed since 2017. Also poor compensation
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Karl Barr - Extremely abusive, short tempered especially if you are a new employee. Everyone, including management, knows and prefers to keep it that way.
Keith Murphy - Rants. Makes admins do attorney legal work instead of attorneys. HIs abusive "team lead" is a living hell. Everyone, including management, knows and prefers to keep it that way.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
None
