What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The leadership team should consider fostering an environment that values teamwork rather than competition. I think that would improve morale tremendously.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The building and amenities here are very nice and the support staff is well trained. The location is also good, and parking is easy to find.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is very little trust within the firm due to the competitive environment created by leadership. Everyone is working hard to meet their own goals and have very little time for anyone else.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Avoid Floyd E. Gates. He filed a false police report, lied to peace officers and several times lied under oath (perjury). He has a temper that he has no control of. He accuses innocent people of things they did not do. Why would anyone trust a firm that hires someone like this?
