What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see the front desk staff treated with more fairness and kindness by some of the new attorneys that we just hired not too long ago. Management really needs to take care of this before it becomes too big of an issue.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Plenty of attorneys are available around the clock to help you with anything that you might need help on. I never felt as though I was a burden to anyone here.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some minor conflicts can arise between some of the front desk staff members and newer attorneys. Management should deal with this before it becomes a big problem.
