What did you not like about this institution?
I was never worried about losing my job or being replaced, however, there is very little opportunity to grow or advance in this firm. The management isn't too flexible when it came to working around my schedule with three young children.

Raise the pay and benefits. Treat your workers better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work was interesting at times. I enjoyed most of the people I worked with. There is room for advancement here. There are a good variety of practice areas.
What did you not like about this institution?
The compensation is not very good for the amount of work you do here. I didn't get along with everyone here. There are some cliques and office politics.

Make sure that people aren't getting overwhelmed with work as that will just lower the quality of their work in the future.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm seems to understand what people's wants and desires and does it's best to fulfill them to the best of their abilities.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload at this firm is much higher than most would expect and you are expected to keep up with it.
