A Great Place to Get a Start

Make sure that you don't let any good eggs get stuck with the bad eggs because of a simple misunderstanding.

I have been here for around two years now and everyone is happy and friendly. Any issues that I have had come up have been quickly fixed.

Some people don't last here very long because of how swiftly problems are dealt with. Some good eggs get mixed up in that.

Increase the salary and benefits. Fix the issues with management. Offer more promotions.

They work in a variety of practice areas. The firm has a great reputation and is also very up-to-date on technology. The staff was pleasant to work with. The hours were flexible.

The salary and benefits are not very great. There are some problems with management. It's also not a place for a career.

Management should be more open minded and listen to their staff members. Recognize someone's hard work more often; this could go a long way.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Management doesn't like to take advice or ideas unless someone high on the food chain suggests it. There is little to no time for a life outside the firm. There is very minimal promotion and growth within the firm, even if you've been here longer than ten years.
