What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A piece of advice I would give to the management would be to do what you can to retain employees. I feel it's a great place to work, but the pay wasn't really competitive. I feel that changing up the bonus structure and giving employees more regular raises would really help with keeping your employees around. A lot of the great talent ends up leaving to find better pay elsewhere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work we did was always very fresh. The firm was very well-rounded in that it specializes in a lot of areas of the law. We did divorce, criminal defense, estate planning, mortgages, and even things like family law. By doing a lot of different areas of law, everything was always exciting for me. I was able to avoid the feeling of repetitiveness and boring familiarity that other firms would provide an employee.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay wasn't all that great, and this is what eventually led me to find work elsewhere. I really loved working here, but I knew I could be paid more for my experience. Other people I worked with felt the same way. There was a decently high turnover rate, and it wasn't because it was a bad place to work - it was because the pay wasn't as good as it is elsewhere.
