Go into this firm with the attitude of being settled. Take a more laid back approach and you will be good. The people are friendly and treat each other well so go in with that same mindset.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a quiet firm that offers good benefits and salary. There is a friendly atmosphere with the other support staff and everyone is helpful to each other.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is not the company for you if you like a fast paced vibrant environment. It lacks personality and is a forgettable place to work. It can be quite boring.

The firm needs to strike a balance with the workload present here. At the time it was difficult to balance work and outside of work activities because of the demanding atmosphere that is present at this firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The experience to be had here is rewarding. I've had the pleasure of working with a great team here that pushes you to through and through in this field. All the while, the firm is accommodating with spacious work offices, competitive salaries, and great communication. I've met many attorneys here whose guidance has resonated throughout my career. It was an absolute pleasure working for this firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work hours are long and draining. At times it can also become a challenge to keep in communication with the staff to see what work is delegated to you. The difficulty here lies in finding a balance between work and life. The work that passes in and out of this firm demanding and much is expected of you
