Get your name out there and look for opportunities to bring in more accounts. This firm needs dynamic people working for it to breathe life into it and make people recognize the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a slow work environment that allows for time to work on cases. You will not feel rushed to get jobs done so you are able to put more quality in the work. The staff is helpful when you need it.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm gets lost in the shuffle when it comes to getting noticed in a world of large firms and specialty firms. The identity of the firm isn't really made clear.
