Advice to law firm management:
Definitely a place to work no matter your experience level. Entry level, mid-level, senior, there are positions for everyone here and the team building that happens here is some of the best, bar none. If you prefer working with a team, then this is the place for you.

Pros:
Teamwork is the key at this firm

Cons:
You're given a lot of work, regardless of your tenure. You're expected to put in long hours (which is usual for law firms), but at the same time the firm tries to integrate social events into the workplace once in a while which make the long days bearable.

Pros:
The firm has a great culture. Employees are friendly, smart and hardworking.
