What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think it would be helpful to have a suggestion box to write problems in and not have all of the staff have to go to management with an issue to be resolved. This way it is based on merit and not who was the one that wanted it done.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
As someone who values health and wellness, the firm's benefits for me are top notch. You can tell that as a firm, they want their employees to be healthy and put a strong value in that. The environment that the firm has is a really fun and upbeat atmosphere. The staff is all caring and really go out of their way to help even the lowest on the rung succeed to be the best they can.
What did you not like about this institution?
The management can sometimes focus on the wrong problems and try to fix those. The staff can all complain about one central issue, but if a certain employee was to complain at the same time, that employee would get theirs resolved. It's a little bit of the ""teacher's pet"" attitude that happens.
