What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I've learned to prioritize and manage my skills in a better manner. You need to work hard along with your senior attorneys if you want to learn new and interesting things.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I loved the culture and internal communications at Shutts & Bowen, L.L.P. Everyone is so engaged in their work and I felt compelled to work harder during my time there. The work-life balance is good with flexible working hours and volunteering opportunities, without pushing for outrageous hours.
What did you not like about this institution?
It's a fast paced working environment at Shutts & Bowen so you are always on the go. There is no time for standing around.

Having a scheduling system that can be open to more changes would help out a lot with stress related work issues.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people here are friendly and always want to help. Everyone is professional and courteous to each other.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work is demanding and the room to change schedules is often never an option. The demand is very stressful on most people.
