What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
As some of the meetings are unnecessary, I would suggest only calling for group meetings when they are truly needed rather than being scheduled arbitrarily.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone simply performs at their strengths. It's team oriented and we discuss strategies and who should work on what because of their own strengths or weaknesses. This is the first firm I've worked at like this and it's fantastic.
What did you not like about this institution?
The process is lengthened as we try to make sure everything is perfect and converse over details. While this is beneficial for the customer it is still a flaw.
