We are impressed with Hillary Coughlin - she was professional, responsive and a great representative of her law firm.

A Last Hope Firm

Keep new people on standard hours and instead offer overtime for the first week or two if they stay extra for training.

If you have no other choice in place to work this place will be nearly on par with other places.

You will be expected to work long hours during your first few months until they trust you enough that you understand your job.

Improve training and let it counts towards the hours' target.

The firm cares about getting the details right. You can learn a lot at this firm. The staff are very smart.

Benefits were not really great. Not all of the partners are great to work with.

A wonderful firm to work for

This firm is a great place to start if you're a new young professional. The time required does get exhausting, but the benefits package and the PTO accrual more than make up for it when you need extra time off.

A wonderful firm to work for

The biggest complaint I have is the long hours that they expect you to put in. Of course, these long hours are met with gracious PTO, but nevertheless, the long hours take a toll on you at the end of the day.
