What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
More fairness and kindness in how associates are treated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Most of the people are great. There are a handful that are not. If the jerks are shareholders or officers, the leadership look the other way, especially if they bring in a lot of money.

What did you not like about this institution?
Compensation is generally competitive. Offices outside of MPS are not compensated nearly as much (up to around 25-30% less), which makes no sense since everyone is doing the same work and working for many of the same clients, regardless how f where they are locate.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should seriously considering changing their philosophy and encouraging more teamwork throughout the firm. A culture change would do this place wonders.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The technology and amenities at this firm are very good, and the office I work at is well designed, clean, and well appointed.

What did you not like about this institution?
The "eat what you kill" philosophy makes for an environment that lacks any sort of teamwork or cohesion. This is not a very spirited or fun place to work.
