Management should seriously considering changing their philosophy and encouraging more teamwork throughout the firm. A culture change would do this place wonders.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The technology and amenities at this firm are very good, and the office I work at is well designed, clean, and well appointed.
What did you not like about this institution?
The "eat what you kill" philosophy makes for an environment that lacks any sort of teamwork or cohesion. This is not a very spirited or fun place to work.
