Horrible Law Firm All Around
May 13, 2019 - Current Employee
Full time Current Employee

Realize what the word on the street is and what certain individuals that represent your firm act like. Certain Lawyers need to be reminded that they can treat their clients at least better than who they are legally going after.

It's a horrible place for employment. If you want to be part of a firm that truly doesn't care about anything but the bottom dollar this is our place.

The staff does not take their time to prepare for important matter. This firm is only happy when it's time to bill someone. They are only money hungry.

Avoid Diana Miller. She treats people poorly. Expects you to do her job and then bills her clients an unfair price. She is all bark and no bite. She does not follow through and the only thing that she is good at is pointing the blame in someone else's direction, even if its her fault.

The building and accessories are nice, which they should be for that charge their clients. That is about the only positive things that I can think of.

Very Large With Plenty Of Opportunity's

Ideally this firm would start to down size a little bit or if they don't want to downsize they would start to have more get-togethers to make sure that everyone is comfortable with each other on a more personal level. Other than that this firm is exceptional.

I really liked the fact that there is so much room for advancement at this firm. Being a large firm the starting salary is exceptional as well and has amazing benefits with plenty of overtime available.

There can be a sense of separation between you and other workers a lot of the time during regular office hours. This put me off since I felt uncomfortable at times asking other attorney's for advice when I needed it.
