What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The leadership team should consider being more open about how decisions are being made in regards to promotions. Giving people measureable career goals will benefit the entire firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I'm very happy with the compensation package I received when starting here, including the benefits. Health insurance is affordable and the coverage is good.
What did you not like about this institution?
Upward mobility suffers because of a lack of transparency regarding how associates can advance within the firm. Nobody knows quite where they stand or what they need to do to improve their chances of a promotion.
