There needs to be a variety of work that is offered to staff to gain a well-rounded experience. Staff should be offered the opportunity to grow in their position of choice.
The environment of the law firm is positive. The attorneys are great people that make it easy to work with. Many of the holidays are offered. Many of the days allow me to arrive home without having to work overtime.
The work at the firm is sometimes not interesting. The amount of work varies depending on the volume. There is a lack of opportunities for staff to advance.
