Advice to law firm management: You can make the most of this opportunity, but you may have to calibrate your expectations. Be prepared to sacrifice your personal interests for your career starting from day one.
Pros: Your reputation is everything in this business. At Snell & Wilmer, you can hone your reputation and do some good for the community. You can build a solid practice and make a great impression on your peers at the same time.
Cons: There are not many negatives, except that you should be prepared to work long hours and set aside personal interests for the firm. You will need to put the firm at the forefront of everything you do, which means a very limited life outside the job.
