What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe management can do something about the long hours. I'm not expecting much, but one can always hope. It's really not that bad as it stands now, but it could always be better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I'm very happy with both the benefits and the pay here. We have good health insurance, good dental insurance, and there are some nice perks, as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
The hours here can sometimes cause strain at home, but I think that's probably true of every law firm. Either way, be prepared for long nights and weekends.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give managers training to equip them to be managers. It seems like none of the managers here have ever gone throuh training
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Good pay. I've gotten two raises in a year.
Good amount of time off, but don't get an opportunity to use it.
What did you not like about this institution?
Benefits are very expensive if you have a family.
Management does not care about the lower level employees
Very stressful to work here
Long hours
Rules aren't for all employees
Employees that have been here a long time get special privileges.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I really don't want to list names. That seems kind of rude to me. There are some partners that are rude and don't even say hi when you walk by though.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
There is a free pop machine in the Indy office.
Business casual dress code is new and that is a nice policy.
