Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP Reviews

Pros: - fund practice is well known - competitive pay - somewhat collegial environment

Cons: - long hours

Current or former employee?: Former Employee

Last Year at Employer: 2016

Job type: Full time

Advice to law firm management: Offering competitive pay is a must, even in a market like the one we have today, lawyers will quickly move if they can find better opportunities elsewhere.

Pros: Great if you want to work in the area of public finance or public contracts like I do. There are not many other firms out there that can match the scope and experience of this one so for me it's perfect. Learning a lot of things that would be impossible to learn in other firms.

Cons: The compensation is not all that great; they seem to always want to get more for less, as in more work for not the amount of pays that other firms will offer.

Current or former employee?: Current Employee
