What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The higher up's really need to loosen up and create a warmer environment. I feel like everyone is way too task oriented at this firm and if people talked among each other in a more candid fashion than there would be less tension between the higher up's and the other workers.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone is very work oriented and there tends to be high standards at this firm, which has led to great client satisfaction in the past.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm tends to err on the side of being a little bit too serious most of the time. Not to mention, I really dislike the fact that they always put the client over the worker at this office. It led to me catching a lot of heat from a higher up in the past due to a mistake that was my client's fault and not mine.
