What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If I work hard I will be rewarded with a raise and a nice bonus yearly. The pay is great and improves with loyalty and success within the firm.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management seems happy with what they have and show little desire of growing or aspiring to be something more. If you slip up you will get a hard talking to or worse.

The firm should continue to acknowledge and reward good results and other similar achievements. The firm could also consider having more firm events, which are always enjoyable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Unlike other law firms, this firm really cares about getting the best overall results for their clients. Their philosophy has always been to aggressively represent the interests of their clients, and to provide that service with honesty and integrity. The attorneys here, all with different strengths and backgrounds, are treated as part of a team, and work together to accomplish those goals. If you are looking for a insurance defense litigation firm where you'll have the opportunity to be part of team, and continue to grow professionally, this is it.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unless you don't want to work in the Philadelphia suburb, I cannot think of any reason not to work at this firm.

None. All of the partners have different backgrounds and experiences, and can provide valuable insight, particularly with unusual issues.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The attorneys (and staff), and the overall relaxed atmosphere, are what makes this firm stand out from any of the other firms where I have worked.
