Wright & O'Donnell Reviews

- Reviewed on February 20, 2018

Advice to law firm management: The firm should continue to acknowledge and reward good results and other similar achievements. The firm could also consider having more firm events, which are always enjoyable.

Pros: Unlike other law firms, this firm really cares about getting the best overall results for their clients. Their philosophy has always been to aggressively represent the interests of their clients, and to provide that service with honesty and integrity. The attorneys here, all with different strengths and backgrounds, are treated as part of a team, and work together to accomplish those goals. If you are looking for a insurance defense litigation firm where you'll have the opportunity to be part of team, and continue to grow professionally, this is it.

Cons: Unless you don't want to work in the Philadelphia suburb, I cannot think of any reason not to work at this firm.

Partners to Avoid and Why: None. All of the partners have different backgrounds and experiences, and can provide valuable insight, particularly with unusual issues.

Favorite Things About this Firm: The attorneys (and staff), and the overall relaxed atmosphere, are what makes this firm stand out from any of the other firms where I have worked.

Advice to law firm management: Give people a chance to prove themselves; everyone makes a mistake. Consider growing the firm, or think about what you want the firm to become so we as a firm have a common goal to shoot for and grow together.

Pros: If I work hard I will be rewarded with a raise and a nice bonus yearly. The pay is great and improves with loyalty and success within the firm.

Cons: Management seems happy with what they have and show little desire of growing or aspiring to be something more. If you slip up you will get a hard talking to or worse.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing was probably the best legal board I have used. I liked the layout and it was user friendly. I tried to use another job board, but it was not user friendly and was kind of a pain, whereas LawCrossing was easy to use to find jobs. I really liked it. I would certainly recommend this site and service to my colleagues.
