What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to offer better advancements for their employees as well as payment for their hard work. A good work environment helps, but employees want to be paid their worth.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm works hard to create a good work environment. Management works to give employees an open and honest relationship and takes criticism well. Employees are always encouraged to speak up during meetings and give suggestions as to how the firm can improve.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay for this firm isn't awful but isn't great either. The offered salaries are a bit low compared to other firms and don't offer much room to grow in the long run.
