This firm needs to offer better advancements for their employees as well as payment for their hard work. A good work environment helps, but employees want to be paid their worth.
This law firm works hard to create a good work environment. Management works to give employees an open and honest relationship and takes criticism well. Employees are always encouraged to speak up during meetings and give suggestions as to how the firm can improve.
The pay for this firm isn't awful but isn't great either. The offered salaries are a bit low compared to other firms and don't offer much room to grow in the long run.

Our Summer Program is designed to give you a realistic sense of what it's like to practice intellectual property law at Wolf Greenfield. You'll have the chance to experience a wide variety of challenging client work. Along the way, you will also receive in-depth training and join in many firm events.Although your work will come mainly from your primary practice group, you will also gain exposure to the other practice groups within the firm. For example, there may be an opportunity for you to work on both patent prosecution and IP litigation matters.
