What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm is in the process of upgrading technology, and excellent efforts are being initiated to mentor 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent generation lawyers into leadership roles.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Exceptionally loyal and cooperative lawyers, with highly competent and dedicated staff. Primary focus is on serving the client, not running up bills. Conservative approach to practicing law, where civility and knowledge are more important than flashy offices and advertising.
What did you not like about this institution?
As the firm has grown and founding partners begin to retire, the social fabric that connected all of the lawyers as a single cohesive unit is becoming more difficult to maintain. Though still primarily recognized as a workers compensation firm, substantial efforts have been made to highlight the numerous other areas of civil law practiced at the firm.
