"A Law Firm with Positive Relationships"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on December 16, 2017

Advice to law firm management: There should be training in place for management to have partners focus on working with staff and employees and not just make clients the main priority. There needs to be mentorship for staff and employees to improve on how to work with clients.

Pros: A law firm in which the environment offers various opportunities to learn. The staff and employees have done a great job of creating a positive working relationship.

Cons: The team that is composed by partners focus on their clients. There is a lack of guidance through mentorship on how to work better with clients.

"Perfect balance of big firm gravitas and small firm empathy"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on August 12, 2016

Advice to law firm management: The firm is in the process of upgrading technology, and excellent efforts are being initiated to mentor 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent generation lawyers into leadership roles.

Pros: Exceptionally loyal and cooperative lawyers, with highly competent and dedicated staff. Primary focus is on serving the client, not running up bills. Conservative approach to practicing law, where civility and knowledge are more important than flashy offices and advertising.

Cons: As the firm has grown and founding partners begin to retire, the social fabric that connected all of the lawyers as a single cohesive unit is becoming more difficult to maintain. Though still primarily recognized as a workers compensation firm, substantial efforts have been made to highlight the numerous other areas of civil law practiced at the firm.
