Upgrade the outdated technology in the office. Keep bringing in good people but don't neglect the folks that are already here.

Good, convenient location. Pay is above market. Benefits are excellent. The people here are genuinely nice. Mentoring is really lacking.

No real chance for advancement. Management really isn't there for you and is not approachable. Lack of work can be an issue. Big firm with the usual big firm problems.

This firm should consider training their managers more effectively if they want good leadership, or hiring people who have more experience.

I felt this firm did a great job in helping their employees and clients feel comfortable and at home within the office. The atmosphere was very calm and collected and I never seemed to have an issue with anyone at this firm.

The department managers at this firm are very inexperienced. They don't seem to know what they're doing most of the time and staff seems to take advantage of this at times.

Work hard and make yourself noticed, otherwise you may not be able to get desired promotions. Focus on your strengths and you need to be good at networking to excel here.
