What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Associates have worked at this firm and gone on to higher level positions in other firms, which is good for upward mobility. And you can learn a lot by spending time with more senior attorneys who have "been there, done that."
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm has a history with taking cases that perhaps other firms would leave alone. Many larger firms would not represent some of this firm's past clients. Of course, that is personal choice.

Try and hold more social events for employees so everyone can get to know each other better and learn how everyone works around things.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working at this firm has its ups and downs, but the ups most definitely supersede the downs. Everyone here is friendly and hard working.
What did you not like about this institution?
It is very stressful dealing with how much work you are plunged into and what is expected of you at all times.

If possible the drama should be dealt with before it gets too crazy and causes work to slow down for everyone.

If you join this firm you will become part of the family and will have many new friends inside and out of work.

Just like a real family the drama here can get pretty nasty sometimes and you should be ready for that.
