"Joining the Family."   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: If possible the drama should be dealt with before it gets too crazy and causes work to slow down for everyone.

Pros: If you join this firm you will become part of the family and will have many new friends inside and out of work.

Cons: Just like a real family the drama here can get pretty nasty sometimes and you should be ready for that.

"Great Place"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Try and hold more social events for employees so everyone can get to know each other better and learn how everyone works around things.

Pros: Working at this firm has its ups and downs, but the ups most definitely supersede the downs. Everyone here is friendly and hard working.

Cons: It is very stressful dealing with how much work you are plunged into and what is expected of you at all times.

"A firm that has some baggage -- make sure you do your research on this one"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on Jul 01, 2017

Advice to law firm management: This isn't a bad place to start your career but the climate may not be for everyone. You should investigate this firm before making a commitment to it. I don

Pros: Associates have worked at this firm and gone on to higher level positions in other firms, which is good for upward mobility. And you can learn a lot by spending time with more senior attorneys who have "been there, done that."

Cons: This firm has a history with taking cases that perhaps other firms would leave alone. Many larger firms would not represent some of this firm's past clients. Of course, that is personal choice.

I was incredibly happy with the site. I thought it was very easy to use; had significantly more postings than any other site (or combination of sites); and provided a lot of useful information. (the number, and caliber, of job postings). Exactly what I was looking for – I have 5 years’ experience and was looking for a lateral move or an in-house position, and that’s exactly what I found!
