What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I personally was challenged enough and was very excited on a daily basis. Manage your time well and you will love working at this firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Clifford Chance has everything I want in an employer: great culture, innovative technology, driven yet friendly colleagues, and an emphasis on servant leadership for managers. My love for Clifford Chance can be summed up by the company's focus: treat employees well, make great products that provide the highest value to customers, and work in earnest to make each customer interaction positive and memorable.
What did you not like about this institution?
It was an interesting place to work but management was sometimes absent in direction for projects. The workplace culture can vary from departments and what you see in one is not necessarily what you will find in another department.

People who have a chance to work in competing projects in house need to be reminded that it isn't personal when they have to fight.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Everyone here seems to be willing to attempt be friends with you if you give it a decent enough try.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes it can be hard to do some higher stress work against people when you think of people as friends.

Take in more international staff to increase workforce diversity. This will enable more foreign talent to be enlisted, to further the success of the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Leading global law firm, especially in Corporate commercial legal practice and Energy Law. This especially attracted me to the firm. The exposure gained will forever be an asset.
What did you not like about this institution?
None, I absolutely enjoyed my time with the colleagues. Although, I believe a more diverse work force should be adopted, making it easier for international students to make way in
