Advice to law firm management:
I think there needs to be more events for associates where we get a chance to get to know each other. It's a small suggestion but something I think can help.

Pros:
The workplace at the firm is something that I appreciate since it is very professional. I love having the resources I need to do my job well. And my superiors trust me to make decisions regarding some cases. The fields we specialize in are also something I am really passionate about. I feel like the expertise of the firm is one of the best I've seen. I also feel like I'm paid well and the benefits are great.

Cons:
Due to the large size of the firm, a lot of work place relationships are sacrificed. There doesn't seem to be an emphasis on getting workers to know each other.
