"Excellent Firm"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Advice to law firm management: Cutting back on the work hours for associates during the week and having to work a lot fewer weekends would help tremendously.

Pros: This is a firm above the rest in that the associates all pull together to help one another out on difficult cases.

Cons: The wage is probably the lowest, or close to it, that I have seen for the amount of work that is expected of you here.

"This Firm is Awesome"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: This firm needs to have more options for employees to move forward. Otherwise they will get bored and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

Pros: I've worked at this firm for several years now and can honestly say it's one of the best places to work. The hours are perfect and give you a good work and home balance. Management and I get along great and I've made some really good friendships at this firm.

Cons: My only issue with this firm is the lack of mobility. I like the position I have been in, but if I ever want to move up I need to change where I work. The positions available to move up at this firm are very slim to none.

"Great Client Focused Large Firm"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

- Reviewed on July 01, 2017

Advice to law firm management: I would work at this firm if you get the chance. It is big law but it is very client focused and has a wide diverse range of clients. It is a great place to get your feet wet in many different kinds of law while still working for a large multi-national law firm. It can be hard to advance but tell me one firm where that is not the case.

Pros: This is a large firm and has over 500 attorneys, but I like the fact that they are very client focused. It makes me feel like a personal lawyer and not part of a corporation. The practice areas are large and diverse. I have done everything from complex M&A work to working on consumer class action cases for regular people. They also have many different offices and locations.

Cons: It is hard to get focused on one specialty. I am doing many different areas and I would not say that I am an expert on one particular practice area. It is great to get to do many things, but I would not be able to come out saying I am an expert in one area. I hope to stay and advance with this firm.
