Keep doing what you're doing. You are rising in the ranks, breeding great lawyers, growing responsibly, and hiring great new people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Highest quality lawyering. Surprisingly collegial, supportive place (for a big law firm). Genuinely cares about diversity. Treats non-lawyers like professionals with dignity.
What did you not like about this institution?
Not a good firm for people who like to coast or self-aggrandize. Mediocre performers also seem to get unhappy pretty quickly

The firm has a decent variety of practice areas. Lawyers are top notch and talented. They have an international reputation. It's a prestigious firm to work for.
What did you not like about this institution?
Be prepared to work many long hours. There is not a good work/life balance here.

The firm should focus on getting management training to handle difficult problems and issues. Members of the management team need to be more considerate of staff and employees. Management should take responsibility for issues and problems and deal with them and not try to blame employees and staff for them.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law firm in which the environment is composed of pleasant and knowledgeable staff and employees. The firm offers benefits to those working in the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm does not do a great job in terms of how management handles difficult situations. Management sometimes does not take the responsibility for problems and issues that occur.

What did you not like about this institution?
Her name is Valeriya V ZAVYALOVA She is being investigated for marriage fraud,and immigration fraud,theft. She works in the private equity's division also also changing her social security card in order to circumnavigate the immigration laws of the United States the year is 2012 and 2017 where she married someone just for immigration and education have been thrown away like a piece of paper please help me stop her
