She works in the private equity's division also also changing her social security card in order to circumnavigate the immigration laws of the United States the year is 2012 and 2017 where she married someone just for immigration and education have been thrown away like a piece of paper please help me stop her

Management should take responsibility for issues and problems and deal with them and not try to blame employees and staff for them.
